[Resolved]  Bank Of India — money not refunded to my account by bank

I order on goqii on 23 march and pay 620 rupees. Then i cancel the order.
So goqii send me to refund money on 30 march.
I pay on my boi debit card.
They send me also refund reference number.
Goqii says that refund amount credited in bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
Today its 20th day of order cancellation but still refund money is not credited by the bank.
I also call bank customer care for more than 30 times but it is always busy says please try again later. When a call is connected i wait for more than 20 minutes to talk with the banking officer but nobody picks up the call.
Please credit me the refund money into my boi account.
