Bank Of India — money refunded by myntra not received in my bank account

I cancelled an order from Myntra on 29 June for which I am supposed to receive an amount of 471.45 rs. I spoke to Myntra helpdesk and they said that the refund has been sent to my bank i.e Bank of India on 30 June 2018 which has not been transferred to my account by the concerned bank department till date. Amount- Rs. - 471.45- Bank reference number is - "85215228181825769637422 I even contacted my respective branch on this matter but not much help. Look into the matter and return my money fast.
