Bank Of India — No response from Customer Care number

Address:Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

My mother and father has just opened an account in Bank of India and we want internet banking to get activated for this we need to submit some information like account number, registered phone number etc, but in this they had registered wrong mobile number. We went to bank branch and asked them to correct number, they have done this but still we are unable to create an account. I searched customer care number 24x7 which is[protected] or[protected]all days) 24x7, but in this number NO body answers our call, i have been trying these numbers for 2-3 days. Feeling helpless.
Worst customer care response.

Sir my self vijay kumar meena ac no [protected] bank of india prashant vihar delhi and aadhaar no is[protected] sir i am not receiving my salary because NPCI showing aadhaar no not linked when i went bank banker told he updated aadhaar in account sir please update my aadhaar in NPCI
and taken a needful action in this meter
