Bank Of India — Non activation of star token

Address:No 19, 12th cross street, 2nd main road, Padmavathinagar, Vinayagapuram, Chennai-60099

When ever I entered the internet user ID at star token app down loaded at Android phone reply received as ' currently you are not activated ' . The same reply is received till date after complaint given to BOI branch and support.[protected]@ ... Please rectify
