Bank Of India — non-adherence to the fair practices by bank authority of boi, bemetara, chhattisgarh

Dear sir /madam, five months ago, i have applied for loan against property with all formalities as stated by bank authority. While submitting the application i was assured that loan will be sanctioned within 15 days. After 15 days, i went to branch several times to meet the concerned authority. Every time i got the same reply "will be done very soon" from bank authority. It is also very tedious for me to visit the branch to get the updates. I am working person and have other responsibilities too. It has been a long time. It is really very disappointing that bank authority is non - adherence to the fair practices.
