Bank Of India — non functioning of debit card

Debit card is not functioning card no is [protected] name brajmohan meena account number is [protected] .as there is balance in my account but iam not able to withdraw my balance, so please realised my balance to my debit card .branch dongargia kota Rajasthan.please resolve my complain as soon as possible, as iam facing problem to withdraw money.
