I am a senior citizen of age 72. I am having pension account in BOI.
On 16th Oct 21, i booked railway tkt but transaction failed and amount Rs.3468/- was deducted (I received this amount back). Again i booked anather tkt on same day for train departing on 10/1/22 wherein transaction was successful. But due to COVID grounds, the train dated 10/1/22 was cancelled thus i received message from railway that as train is cancelled, the payment of Rs.3320/- (against Rs.3468/-) will reflect in your account by 14/1/22. But till today i couldn't get money back.
Secondly i swiped my card for hospital payment on 8/6/22. The amount of Rs.4000/- was debited to my account. As hospital has charged excess amount thus they reverted the entry of full amount. But said amount Rs.4000/- is also not credited to my account.
I am very frustrated now about working of BOI. The said amount of Rs.4000/- and 3320/- are huge for me.
Please look into matter seriously, and help me in getting justice considering my age. Was this information helpful? |
