Bank Of India — not getting sms messages regarding debited and credited amounts

My account no is [protected] (Saving) atbonk of india lindsay street branch. I am not getting any kind of sms alert regarding debited and credited amount last 3/4 months please arrange to send the same. I ama77 years old man seriously killed not possible to go to bank for information. Whether my pension has been credited or not no information received on my registered no [protected]. Expected your kind information.
