Bank Of India — Not received withdrawal cash reg

Respected sir
I md sulthan my saving bank ac no-[protected] dilsukhnagar branch iam operate my atm card on dt. 31march 2017 withdrawal 18000/-atm id-ahy8033 but iam not receved any cash. I complaint in home branch many times. But they could not rectify the above issue and they also getting cctv puteage and they told me you just complaint on boi complaint desk. So please do the nessasory action on above complaint.
