Dear sir, Iam muzammil from saharanpur west up my problem is 19 oct 2019 i was withdrawl 1000/- From atm machine but unfortunately electricity was gone my transaction are under process then i have received message from bank of india you have debit 1000/- from your bank account but i have no received because transaction is failed for electricity reason Same time i had gone bank of india and registered complain in 19 oct 2019 2:50pm 19 oct 2019 i have received a complaint message on evening reference id is :191019data21949 Today is more day of 7 working my request is under process please focus on my problem.
