Bank Of India — Not refunded yet.

I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 but I didn't get the ticket. But the amount was debited from my account.
The amount was 1449.53 rupees.
I was booking the ticket through ixigo app but the payment was done through Google pay.
I have contacted the ixigo and Google pay, but they responded that the money can be refunded by the bank only.
I have already sent email to the bank of india but not received any response.
Please help me to get it back.
