I have been using boi online service star-token but due to some mistake it was locked last month. Now there is no facility to reactivate it online through mail or mobile or customer care .I tried many times to talk to customer care but either phone is engaged or ringing but nobody is available to receive call. So finally i have to sent a form to my home branch. But till today i didn't get password. When i asked bank officials they rudely told me that we couldn't do anything so you have to wait. Sir i want to ask you that if one side our prime minister and rbi wants to promote online transaction as much as possible but on other side such banks are harassing and demotivating there customers. So please solve my problem.
