Bank Of India — Payment Refund not credit back.

Address:Waghodia Road, Vadodara.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Paid to Dmart, Waghodia road, Vadodara at[protected].
First pay from Bhim app. as QR code scan and payment of 1845 RS is debited from my account but time out from Dmart system and my app status was payment processing then again i paid from debit card and it paid.
But after some hours status of bhim app is successful. But 1845 RS is not credited back to my account and also not merchant's account.
So two times money debited from my account.
Transaction ID[protected]
Which is applicable for credit back to my account.
Merchant D mart Accountant also told that they not received my first amount. Merchant's accountant mo. no. - [protected].
