Bank Of India — Poor services no one to attend customers

I, m setting in a branch of Bank of India of north Delhi 110036 waiting for almost 1houre wasting my previous time but no one here to attend customer on cash counter.even no one here to reply why this is happening..? And also some of the are attending customer in very funny way asking personal questions which are not relevant please guide them not to do time pass at their job
