I was done pos transection with bank of india master card of rs 2598.50 at central mall gurgaon at 9/01/2019. Money is deducted but transection is failed for this transaction. I was filled online form regarding this at boi website. But i have not got any money back or any other reply. My pos reference no pos[protected]. I was called the bank of india customer care but they only doing time pass. Please resolve my issue.
