I am Arun Mandloi holding savings accounts in your banks mandleshwar branch and Khargone branch. I am facing problem in internet banking since last year but mandleshwar branch persons are not able to solve it and customer care is also not responding or lifting the phone. When I login through internet banking it shows no savings account present, due to this I am unable to do any transactions through internet banking. Please help me in this matter.
I am also facing a problem with my debit card online payment. I have done a recharge of Rs 750 through tapzo app but recharge failed but amount was deducted from my account. It was done on 9 Oct 2017. I have not received any refund from your end.
