On16/12/16 I used my net transaction to purchase from flip kart. Unfortunately there was an error. Amount is deducted from my account, but payment is not succesfuly. Now its been two days but still dont get my amount yet in my account. I mentioned my transaction detail below. Pls take the needfull action as early as possible and take it in your concern.

Sir mere a/c no [protected] se rs. 500/- ki transaction date 08/12/2016 ki gayi jisme mere a/c se rs. 511/- kaat liye gaye par transaction fail ho gayi aur mere a/c me abhi tak koi refund nhi aaay hai.(YE TRANSACTION MERE ATM CARD DWARA KI GAYI THI.)
