I book tatkal two train ticket on 5 august 2019 but it is in wating so i cancel it on 6 august 2019 mahendergarh to new cooch behor but my refund is not settle in my bank account my refund id is [protected] my refund amount is 1580 my bank account number is [protected] i want my refund as soon as possible my refund amount is 1580 i also complaint in bank but they didn't help me

Updated by Hkjindal91@ Hello sir i call from[protected] this and says that he call me from consumer help center regarding my refund he wants to get my debit cards details for verification please tell me this is wrong or right
