My name is Reena ghosh and i had ordered a headphone of R.S 2299 in amazon on 18/9/2019 and after 21/9/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason.and on 21/9/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money Amazon sent this reference number 0P1JDL3Q0000K0M44WJ3 and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india is not helping me on it, so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent, my card no. is [protected]

I booked ticket in IRCTC app today... Ticket is not booked.. But Money is deducted...In IRCTC app, showing ticket is not booked... What can I do? But in bank, the money is deducted... Ticket is not booked... I attached photo also... Pls make a look in this one & solve this problem...
