Bank Of India — Refund from Amazon still not credited in my account

Good Day
I am Saima Mulla A/C Holder of BANK OF INDIA. I had returned an order of Rs.299 to Amazon.. Amazon has initiated the refund on 13/12/2021
Amazon has given me Reference ID-
75503721348012093091016
but BANK OF INDIA has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
