Bank Of India — Refund initiated by amazon but not received my bank

My name is sangeeta and I had ordered woolen cap of RS.265 hubsy woolen cap in Amazon on 21 jan 2022 and after 9 feb 2022 due to amazon technical issue return time increase I returned this order due to quality reason. And on expected refund date is 14feb 2022
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(Reference number # 74332742041204030229090 and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
