Bank Of India — Refund Initiated from Amazon but not received in my bank account

I purchased three products from amazon on cash on delivery mode on 12 February and I returned the product on 19 February and they issued the refund on the same date but I didn’t received my payment yet so the Amazon gave me Refund Reference Number of three products

1.Amount- ₹999 Refund Reference Number[protected]

2.Amount- ₹1115 Refund Reference Number[protected]

3.Amount- ₹1119 Refund Reference Number-
[protected]

And the bank didn’t help me till now so I request them to please credit this amount to my account as soon as possible
