Bank Of India — Refund issued by Amazon on 5 th February but still I didn't get my refund back

Address:Bankura west Bengal

28 January I ordered 3 product from Amazon each of RS 399. Out of 3 returned 2 product . which was amount of 798. Amazon said they initiated my refund on 5 th February .but the bank said it was not credited in my account the refund reference number is 30005110211021103611406 please solve my problem
