Bank Of India — Refund not received amazon to my rupay card

My name is viddya radhakrishna yadav and I had ordered of 1899RS.Amount(terminal note 9 pro max) in Amazon on (20/12/2020) and after (30/12/2021) I returned this order as there was defect in product. And on (30/12/2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - # 3005410331009144874561

Also made pos online complaint on 20 Jan as per boi.

Want refund of 15899 rs

Solve it at earliest.
