Bank Of India — refund of failed transaction not processed

I am m. Vikraman nair. A transaction effected by me through pg instamajo.com on 14 had failed. The service provider informed that is the failure due to banks server failure. On making a formal complaint, the bank put the blame on service provider by informing me that the amount had been transferred to the service providers account, and it is the responsibility of the service provider to provide the service. After a number of emails, the instamajo.com informed that a refund for the failed transaction had been initiated at the pg end on 18th july and the reference no for the refund was given as[protected]. But the refund is yet to be credited to my account till this time of making this complaint.

Dear sir, yesterday I want withdraw money spice money eeps .I tried 4 times traction through biometric, but error massage show 'time out' but after some time I see rs 3000 debited from my account .and see spice money portal, but there are no money added.so sir pls refund my money
