Bank Of India — Refund of money for branch mistake. | |||
Hi, I wanted to Complaint regarding branch not supporting to refund although its their mistake of not deactivating or hotlisting the ATM card. Actually, On 29th Sept because of one fraud call some amount has been deducted from Account Number - [protected] . So on 3rd October request regarding deactivation of ATM card and also for issuing new ATM card was given in the branch -Warthi [Bank of India], but it was not done by the branch and again On 8th October Rs7500 /- was deducted as ATM was not hotlisted by the branch. Please find attach screenshot. After the deduction of amount Rs7500/-on 8 October we had hotlisted ATM card by calling customer care and the card was deactivated at that time. So it's the branch mistake and we want the refund of Rs 7500 /-. Please corporate with us and take action ASAP. We will be thankful to you. Was this information helpful? | |||
