Cash transaction by bhim app of rs.10000. Not credit to benifiecry and debited from my a/c vide transaction i d[protected] dt. 30 apr 1824 hrs. My a/c in boi bhiwani hr. [protected]. Boi customer care not responding at all by calling for 30_40 minutes busy tone for one hr. And then cut the phone. So i request to take necessary action. Thanking you.
