Bank Of India — Refunded money not credit to my account

My name is Harshit Sharma . I purchased a product on 1 march 2020 from Amazon and it stopped working within warranty period so Amazon placed a Return and Refund for the product. The amount to be refunded was ₹1399 and I was supposed to receive it from original payment method Google Pay. The Amazon has refunded the amount of 22 September 2020 but I didn't receive the amount . Amazon reply to ask Bank for dispute the amount. Here are the details :-

The refund was for a product return, not for a failed transaction.
