Bank Of India — Refunds initiated Amazon but not received

I have ordered 2 pc of women plazzo pants on 9 th of may 2021 by amazon, the price is 429×2= 858 & i also cancelled those order in same date, i talk to amazon customer care they initiate the refunds but still not received my bank & the refund reference id is 74056631130112927295770 & 74056631130112929912562
