This is to inform you that i am visting your nearby branch located in mentioned area i. E partap road moga. Your employee named amarjeet singh didnt give me proper details as when i visited there he give me unnecessarily reasons regarding signatures and all. From last two weeks he do the same. I m really upset from your service. That is not a rightway of dealing with customers i visited there regarding an opening of new account but the issue is same. Kindly help to resolve it so that i shall be very thankful for ur kind help.

bro. i shall suggest you to approach the customer services & zonal grievance dept. officer in your location. also make complaint on tollfree no. [protected] / [protected] OR [protected]. And dont forget to obtain your complaint request/docket number. best of luck.
