Dear Sir/Mam,
I am an account holder in your Bank of India - Bhind Branch since 2013. My account number is [protected].
I booked a train ticket on 8 march and cancelled it with in an hour. But the amount has still not been credited to my account yet. And it's more than 10 days now, since I am waiting for the refund amount INR 2055.
I have contacted IRCTC & paytm both and the details & reference number about refund of money to my bank account.

I have called and sent many mails to various email id's provided by various customer support executives but didn't get any satisfactory response. Nor the money has been refunded yet.
Kindly have a look at the details and do the needful and revert back to me accordingly.
