I had transfered the money from sbi acunt to boi acunt through imps bt the money is nt credited in the acunt.. The money is transfered from sbi acunt of vaibhav kinge to the boi acunt of sarita kinge througa imps... Bt it is nt credited in acunt... Money is transfered on date 21 september bt till today date the money is nt credited.. Pla resolve my prblm

Its been more than 3 months I haven't receive my amount 904 yet which I have used at max retail pacific mall Dehradun. I have already complaint in bank branch Sewlakala but they didn't respond to the complaint. So kindly fix it as soon as possible and inform me about further process and refund the money.
