Bank Of India — Regarding unnecessary and unknowingly money deduction

Everytime unnecessary charges are being deducted .sometime atm charges,
sms charges, mandate charges, below 500 then money deducted
what are all these ?
as it is student saving account and zero balance account so why are all these charges are being deducted?
