My account is debited by 10, 999/- + 10, 999/- which is paid to flipkart but that transaction is not done by me. i complaint same day to branch, branch accept my application and say that transaction is stop. you will get your amount in your account in 45 days but until there is no response and no action is taken by bank. whenever i go to bank they give me time and say wait wait wait...
for this region i didn't pay the admission fees of my son.
I belong to middle class family it is not possible by me to forget that amount that is not little for me. so please do something.

Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by irfan emadi My account is in Mahua(bank of india), again bank manager gave time and said wait. I want to know when I will get my refund when I complain and request for stop that transaction same day then why too much time is taken to refund, I think bank don't want to refund.

I want to say that if complaint within a hour after debited from my account. So how transaction is made. when I complaint to bank then Bank of India (Mahua branch) why not stop that transaction. I want to know the region I have Application of same day. if I didn't get my money I Will file case against Bank of India (Mahua Branch).
This is not easy money. If you can't take any action so say clear cut.
