Bank Of India — Request for atm card regeneration

This is inform you that i have account in your bank rajendra place branch, as on 05/16 my atm card has been expired i have visited 4-5 times for new atm card, but all times the branch agents said there is some issue from backoffice due to this we unable to provide you new atm card, kindly mark the mail to customer care id, so i am writing you mail for the same.
