It is very regretful for me that again i failed to get trustworthiness of bank of india. Since i have taken the credit card bearing no.[protected] several problems again and again occurs. If you don't have any dedicated service department for credit card account then why are you issuing credit card to the customers and get them harassed??
Inspite of several reminders almost all of my valuable personal details which was entered wrong till those are wrong and i am communicating for verification with those wrong data's to your toll free customer care executives who don't have any power but auto debit has been ticked over with linking to my savings accounts.
However, i have deposited a cheque of rs.22000/- directly to my credit card account no.[protected] by cheque no 846006 dt.26/09/2017 on sbi in lieu of my credit card bill upto 15/09/2017 of rs.25540.65 and keep rs.3540.65 in my savings account no.[protected] with boi andul br. I personally went to boi andul branch in between and received the assurance from branch manager that only the balance due amount will be debited from my said savings account.
It is very pain full for me that today i have noticed the balance stating in my savings account is rs.22407.90 (Dr) as on 06/10/2017
I even also don't know that whether any body of the above will look into the matter in priority basis and give a suitable reply to me or not. My kind request before you that either you will adjust my credit card and savings account asap or i have close both of my accounts by surrendering the credit card.
