I applied for TXN password on 16th october, and i was being told that i will get my password in a week. I called customer care and they told me that it is still not printed. I had a word with SHIV Kumar (senior executive) and he told me the same that it does not take more than 10 days, and when he checked the status, he told me that still it is showing "printing in progress".
I am not able to make any transaction as i don;t have my password. Yesterday Senior executive told me to download your mobile app, but i my registered mobile number is in basic phone. Now to run your application i cannot buy a new phone, nor i can change my sim to some other phone.
I called in my home branch, and they told me that you will get your password by post, but the point is when?
I am not able to regenerate, and if i would do by mistake, then again regeneration request would go. So, this is a feel of handicap because i am stuck.
This mail i sent to the branch on 31st, but till now i did not get any response. I called customer care and still my TXN is not printed. Ridiculous bank and staff, shut your bank. Was this information helpful? |
