Bank Of India — still didn't get refund of failed pos transaction

I have done a online transaction using my bank of india debit card of 1000 rs on 14th of february, 2019 at 2 pm around. But the transaction was failed. I have lodged a complaint using boi pos refund link on the same day. I have a reference id for my complaint. After 3 4 working days the money was still not refunded. So i went to my branch and lodged a complaint from there also on 19 th february 2019. But still now my refund is not credited. What should i do?

I did swipe 3 times in ATM machine I don't receive money from ATM machine. Amount had of1300 Rs. And 3 times debited 1300 Rs.
