Bank Of India — submission of life certificate

I am suffering from hypertension and chronic austeoartharitis. I. I cannot walk properly, specially through staircase. My doctor suggest me not to go outside do not give stress on my knees. So how can i submit my life certificate by appearing physically in front of the official. This is very unethical and non sense, cruel rule for an senior citizen in this country. Please consider my problem and give me a proper suggestion
