Bank Of India — there is been debited rs 23.60 from my account two times without any transaction and need to do

Boi has debited two times in a day cwdr charge without any transaction. This transaction is about rs 23.60 for two times continuously in a single day with out any transaction is done. I am. Facing two much problem due to this and bank branch is not giving proper justification to my problem why the money is been debited from my account. Kindly take appropriate action against them to solve this problem.
