Bank Of India — transaction failed amount is not refund

I have done a online transaction in jee main 2018 the amount is deducted in my a/c 2 time of rs 2000/-. But tranction is unsucessfull. But yet the amount is refund in my a/c
I had attach the scan copy of bank passbook below
