Sir i had done two transactions of rs 2248 on 25 november 2017. Unfortunately both transaction failed and reverse slip of only one transaction is printed which is added to my account but the other transaction is still not added to my account. I fill an online pos failure transaction form 2 time and they provide me with a lodge no. I also contact the merchant for this and they said that the payment was not successful and they didn't receive the payment in their account. They provode me with a authorized letter that they didn't receive the payment. So i request you to please check the matter immediately. My details are
