Bank Of India — transaction failed but money got debited

I have our company corporate account in bank of india from which i made a payment ot ptec on 06/06/2018 but the transaction failed but still money got deducted from my account. After contacting bank they told me that they can't do anything about this. My account details are given below kindly look in to it & refund my amount to my bank account.
