I mr. Soumyadeep dutta, a account holder of bank of india in college street branch, kolkata (Sb a/c no - [protected]). I made a online transaction of rs.30000 on 1st august 2018, which was not successful, but the amount has been debited from my account.
— please do credit the same in my sb account as soon as possible.

Its been 3 months after account opening and i stil not received any net banking and transaction passwords..I ahveb visited many times in branch they didnt respond as well . They said that we wil send it you by post and now its been 15 days but stil not received any document, , ,
