Bank Of India — transaction failed money deducted

Dear sir/madam

On sep 9th 2019, i was trying to withdraw rs 300 from sbi atm near uttam nagar, delhi but the transaction was failed and i later came to knew that the amount was deducted from my account.
Later on i talked about this problem to customer care, they suggested me to fill online form which i filled and submitted on 12th september. It's been 7 day now the time requested for refund is over i still did not got my money back. My name is sagar kumar
