Bank Of India — transaction problem through bhim apps

Sir on 27-09-17 i have made a transaction of rs 8000/- from my sbi account ([protected]) to another account (Boi) which attached herewith but the said amount do not submitted. Please look into this matter as urgent.

Sir twicely i have given you the message but no response is coming from your end please give response sir
