Bank Of India — transfer of fixed deposit account from one branch to another | |||
I visited paud road branch, pune, of your bank with request to transfer my fixed deposit account from city (Belbag) branch to aud road branch. Branch manager suryakant ukarnde refused to accept my request and asked me to go to the city branch.in other bank branches of other banks such facility is provided. With great persuasion he agreed to help by taking an application from me. I say that if paud road branch pune is located in my colony where i reside bank of india must render me help by transferring my fixed deposit account from city branch to paud road branch, when i am requesting branch manager of paud road branch. Refusal to do this disgusting and speaks of clerical approach of the bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
