Bank Of India — unwanted charges

On 10 october 2018, my account was unwantedly debited by rs. 370 and at that time i have no more money for my expense and i faced too many problems as i am in delhi at that time and when i checked the details it is not determined for what i was charged. I want the necessary actions to be taken so that these kinds of problems to customers are avoided.
