i have fd amt of rs 250000 in the year of 2019. i have already facing problems while creating FD the employee are very careless.
they are direct debited the amt for without given any intimation & after that they send one msg which is totally incomplete.Now i found that the receipt which was received from bank is different. the account no and name mention on the fd receipt is different.
pls slove this issue on urgent basis. i m not free to visit your branch.also provide correct fd slip.
