Dear sir/madam,
I am rahul sureshrao banubakode inform you that i have a saving account in your pimpri pune branch, my account no is - [protected].
But in last month (10 september 2017, time - 10:36 pm) wrongly (Fraud) withdrawal amount of rs.10, 000 in my account through atm id - sn000209.
I had requested to pimpri branch in last month and as per as banker guidelines filled reversal form also. But as on today amount is not reversal in my account. I requested to you please give me details of this fraud transactions. (Atm location & cctv footage).
Kindly, help me because i have suffering from last months.
